How do credits work?

Credits are used for premium actions: 1 credit for PDF Export, 1 for AI Summary Enhancement, and 2 for AI Resume Import. You can buy credit packs in the 'Manage Credits' section.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your resume data is stored only on your phone. We never upload your personal information or photos to our own servers.

Why did my credits disappear?

Credits are linked to your Apple/Google purchase history and automatically sync when you open the app. If you reinstall the app or change phones, simply use the same store account and your credit balance will automatically restore. Your resume data is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app unless you export a PDF or back up your device.

Can I edit my resume after exporting?

Absolutely! You can go back and edit your information at any time. However, every new PDF export (without 'Sample' watermark) will consume 1 credit.

How does AI resume import work?

Upload your existing PDF or Word document (DOCX) and our AI will automatically extract your work experience, education, skills, and other details to populate your resume. This feature costs 2 credits and supports files up to 10MB. You can review and edit everything before saving.

What file formats can I import?

AI Resume Import supports PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) files up to 10MB. For best results, use documents with selectable text rather than scanned images. The AI works best with standard resume layouts.

Can I customize template colors?

Yes! When previewing any template, you can customize the accent color using the color palette at the top. You can also reset to the template's original color at any time.

Will my resume have a watermark?

Free sample exports include a 'Sample' watermark. To export a professional PDF without watermarks, you'll need to use 1 credit. You can preview your resume with any template before deciding to export.

Is my data backed up to the cloud?

No. All your resume data and photos are stored locally on your device only. We do not use cloud storage for your resume content. We recommend regularly exporting PDFs and keeping device backups to protect your data.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No account or signup is required. We use a device identifier to track your credit balance and usage, so you can start using the app immediately. Just remember to use the same App Store or Google Play account if you switch devices.

What languages does the app support?

The app interface is available in English, French, and Arabic. The layouts automatically adjust for right-to-left (RTL) languages. You can change the language anytime in the Language Settings menu.
